Who designed this thing?

I hate working on cars. I used to be able to do it before they became so computerized. But even when I could do it...I didn't like it.

Too often when I'm working on cars the thought I'm having is, "who would design it this way...it doesn't make sense...did they not think about having to access...". The reality is that the person who designed it has probably never worked on it themselves.

Most software developers have never done the job that the users of their software are trying to do. 

When you find software that works the way your employees work...it is invaluable.
