Workarounds...

I just met with a potential client.

We had a lot of good conversations.

I was reminded that workers will find a way to get their job done. They will use software in ways it was not intended. They will do what makes sense to them. 

This isn't always bad, some of the best efficiencies are found this way.

Isn't it time you had software that worked the way your users do rather than making them find all these work arounds?
