I've been developing software for almost 30 years (since 1995). I've had the honor of working with business owners and department heads in a variety of industries (education, finance, medical, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics...and more). Each project has been a learning experience and I've been fortunate to have worked with some amazing people in addition to learning about business processes, work flows, and how to increase efficiencies and profits.
Throughout my career, I've settled on a set of values or attributes that define how I like to work. Clients that are the best fit for me share these values.
BUILD REAL AUTHENTIC FUN RELATIONSHIPS
STAY HUMBLE
ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY
LEAD BY EXAMPLE
LOYALTY
MY BACKSTORY:
I had a data entry job in college. Used car lots would fax us their inventory and I would enter it into the database (FileMaker 2.1). We had agreements with insurance companies that when a car was totaled they would use a comparable vehicle from our system (with adjustments for equipment, mileage, etc....) to establish the value of the wrecked car.
One day the "computer guy"quit. The owner of the business sent me home with a Macintosh LC III (looks like a pizza box) and the FileMaker manual and told me to "learn this"...and I did!
Since that time I've worked mostly with consulting firms (Advanced Database Systems, The Moyer Group, Skeleton Key, Codence). One of the great joys over the last 30 years have been the opportunity I've had to learn by working directly with business owners who are wanting to make improvements to their businesses and ultimately their bottom line.
OTHER INFO
If you are still reading at this point I guess you really want to know who Chad is :-)
My family has been the central point of my life. I married my high school sweetheart and we've been married since 1996. We have two grown children (23 and 21).
My wife and I are involved at our church. She teaches in the children's department. I'm and elder, teach a Sunday School class and lead a small group.
I'm a private pilot and part owner of a Cessna 150 airplane (small 2 seater, almost the slowest airplane in the sky).

BUILD REAL AUTHENTIC FUN RELATIONSHIPS
- We work to build positive and fun relationships both internally and externally and we know that the success of the business is built upon this. Quality, positive relationships are what successful businesses and successful people thrive on.
- Consistently making efforts to build strong relationships with everyone we encounter creates strong bonds and friendships and ultimately creates lifetime clients. We can lose a client, but we can never lose a friend.
STAY HUMBLE
- We look for how others are doing well and we make an effort to acknowledge their success.
- We don’t take the credit for our individual successes but instead give credit to the people who make our individual successes possible.
- Imagine a star player being interviewed after the big game. A good leader, even when they are the MVP, gives credit to their team and they acknowledge that it was a team effort that is responsible for their success.
- This means we are Selfless
- We always give more than we take.
- We always put others and the company before individual accolades.
- We always do the right thing and make our decisions based on what is the morally right thing to do.
ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY
- We always accept full responsibility for our actions and performance.
- When we identify an issue or a given task, we own that issue or task and see it through to its completion.
- We don't shift blame.
- Nothing we are aware of is ever someone else's fault; we always take it upon ourselves to make it right.
LEAD BY EXAMPLE
- We understand that there is literally no other way to lead than from the front.
- We cannot lead if we are not willing to do.
- We cannot teach or expect anyone to follow our lead if we haven't done the work ourselves and set the standard on what to do and how to do it.
LOYALTY
- We believe that above all else loyalty defines a relationship.
- Loyalty to our clients, our team, and ourselves
- Without clients we don't have a purpose
- Our teammates are the ones in the trenches with us fighting to help our clients
- Loyalty can be seen in how we "Go the extra mile" for clients and co-workers
- We strive to always over-deliver and exceed peoples expectations at everything we do.
- We understand that going the extra mile for people is what results in word of mouth, which is the driving force behind real growth.
